26. Josephine Catherine4 SYZDEK (Adalbertus "Albert"3, Paulus "Paul"2, Mathia (Mathew)1) (#39) was born in Bremond, Texas,  March 13, 1899. Josephine died June 15, 1983,   Bremond, Texas, at 84 years of age. Her body was interred June 19, 1983 in Bremond, Texas, St. Mary's Cemetery.

She married Nickolas "Nick" WRZESINSKI in St. Mary's Church in Bremond, Texas, November 21, 1917. (Nickolas "Nick" WRZESINSKI is #12.) Nickolas was born in Seguin, Texas, August 29, 1891. Nickolas was the son of Stanislaw "Stanley" WRZESINSKI and Victoria DUDEK, both were born in Poland. Nickolas died March 30, 1968, Bremond, Texas, at 76 years of age. His body was interred April 1, 1968 Bremond, Texas, St. Mary's Cemetery.

Josephine Catherine SYZDEK and Nickolas "Nick" WRZESINSKI had the following family:

child 79 i. Adelaide (Sister Mary Josetta)5 WRZESINSKI (#44) was born in Bremond, Texas,  September 22, 1918. Adelaide died August 22, 1980 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, at 61 years of age. Her body was interred in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

Note: Adelaide Wrzesinski was the oldest child born to Nickolas and Josephine Wrzesinski. After graduating from the eight grade, she joined the order of the Felician Sisters in Chicago, Illinois. She spent her 45 years in the convent as a cook and dietitian in hospitals and in convents. Her last few years of life she was at the infirmary at the Mother House in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, suffering from that awful disease of Alzheimer's. She was buried in a special section reserved for the nuns, at the cemetery in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, at the foot of a beautiful mountain.

child 80 ii. Albert WRZESINSKI (#45) was born in Bremond, Texas,  February 21, 1920. Albert died October 1, 1986 Houston, Texas, at 66 years of age. His body was interred Houston, Texas, Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.

Note:  Albert served in the army during World War II, being stationed most of his time in Germany.  He never married and worked most of his life for Hughes Tool Company.

child + 86 viii. Simon P. WRZESINSKI was born October 8, 1930.

child 87 ix. Theresa Helen "Sister M. Amidea" WRZESINSKI (#157) was born in Bremond, Texas, September 4, 1932. Sister Amidea died on April 24, 2000 in the Mother House of the Felician Sisters in Rio Rancho, New Mexico at the age of 67 after a courageous 2 1/2 year battle with cancer

Note: Theresa Helen  entered the convent of the Felician Order of Religious Sisters after graduating from High School in Bremond, Texas.  She has taught 1st and 2nd grade for over 40 years in Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Texas.
