He married twice:  He married REBECCA LEE "BECKY" BALTZ (#2242) in Pocahontas, Randolph County, Arkansas on July 13, 1973.  REBECCA was born in Pocahontas, Randolph County, Arkansas on August 18, 1956. 

He then married SHARON FRENCH (#2255) after 1980.

JEFFREY WELDON HARPER and REBECCA LEE "BECKY" BALTZ had the following family:

     i.  AMY LEIGH HARPER ⁸  (#2251) was born in Randolph County, Arkansas on January 1, 1974.  She married JAY SMITH (#2252) on August 26, 1995. JAY was born on December 18, 1969.

   ii.   KELLY LYNN HARPER (#2253) was born in Randolph County, Arkansas on October 3, 1977.

  iii.   CARRIE ELIZABETH HARPER (#2254) was born in Randolph County, Arkansas on June 18, 1979.

JEFFREY WELDON HARPER and SHARON FRENCH had the following family:

  iv.   WHITNEY BROOK HARPER (#2256) was born in Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas on February 11, 1991.
