LEX died December 12, 1977 Dallas, Texas, at 72 years of age. His body was interred in Cleburne, Johnson County, Texas, Rose Hill Cemetery.

He married ALEF ANNA FORD in Brownwood, Brown County, Texas, April 20, 1927. (ALEF ANNA FORD is #6.) ALEF was born in Brownwood, Brown County, Texas, October 1, 1907. ALEF was the daughter of MARION FRANCIS FORD and SUDIE BELLE GARNETT. ALEF died September 29, 1977 in Keene, Johnson County, Texas, at 69 years of age. Her body was interred October 1, 1977 Cleburne, Johnson County, Texas, Rose Hill Cemetery.
